Claiming to be a ‘High energy fusion of post punk, cockney, rock, rap with a flavour of drum of bass’, We Buy Gold seem to cover a large spectrum of the music genre. It is not until you actually hear any of their material, that you cannot seem to categorise them into fitting into one specific genre yet they do relate to all that they claim. Their unique sound and humorous lyrics, determine that they may be compared to the likes of GLC, yet the awkward and mismatched sound of We Buy Gold establishes them as having an incredibly original sound.…
